1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hotel Imago website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Hotel Imago is a division of Glass Hue Ltd.
2. Description of Service
Hotel Imago provides AI-assisted content creation services for the hospitality industry, converting existing photography into cinematic films ("Sizzlers"), lifestyle photosets, and other digital assets.
3. Content Licensing & Ownership
3.1 Client Content
You retain all rights to the original photography you provide to Hotel Imago. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
3.2 Delivered Assets
Upon final payment, Hotel Imago grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered assets (Sizzlers, photosets, etc.) for any marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all digital and broadcast media.
3.3 Fair Compensation Commitment
As a Glass Hue company, we are committed to fair creative compensation. A portion of every project fee is allocated to supporting the licensed talent and human expertise that powers our underlying technologies.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for services are quoted on a per-project basis. Work begins following the receipt of a deposit or signed Statement of Work. Full usage rights for assets are transferred only upon receipt of final payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Imago and Glass Hue Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
