Imago Website Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 – Effective upon Client’s electronic acceptance (e.g., checkout tick box or equivalent digital signing)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Imago, a service of Glass Hue Corporation. By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed online via our Shopify store.

• Payment must be completed at checkout unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Uploads & Client Materials

• You are responsible for providing accurate and legally cleared photos, logos, and branding assets.

• By uploading, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to process these materials.

4. Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, Imago deliverables may include:

• Video Products (e.g., Signature Sizzlers, Mastheads, F&B or Event Sizzlers)

• Photography Products (e.g., Lifestyle Photosets, Enhanced Stills)

• Delivery is via secure online download in your chosen format (up to 4K for video).

5. Rights & Usage

Upon full payment, you are granted:

• Global rights in perpetuity for hotel marketing and sales purposes.

• Licensed use on: OTA listings, hotel websites, brand websites, social media, email, and digital campaigns.

• Coverage for: the individual property, regional offices, and corporate brand teams.

• Content may be reformatted, resized, or repurposed within approved channels.

Exclusions:

• Broadcast television, cinema advertising, and out-of-home (OOH) media.

• Third-party resale, syndication, or redistribution.

Model Attribution:
Attribution records for generated or licensed talent can be made available if required for compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

• The creative process, AI methodologies, and production tools remain the intellectual property of Glass Hue Corporation.

• Only the final deliverables are licensed for your use under the rights above.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

• Once production has started, refunds are not available.

• In cases of technical failure on our part, we will provide a corrected file or replacement at no additional charge.

8. Compliance & Liability

• You agree to use deliverables only within the licensed rights.

• We are not liable for misuse, third-party claims relating to your provided materials, or use outside the agreed scope.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
